At the W9IRC meeting on 3/19/2009 the W9IRC Ryves Kids Book Fund was created. Several W9IRC members donated money to help purchase Amateur Radio license manuals for the library at The Ryves Youth Center at Etling Hall. This money will be used to purchase books for the first W9IRC license class beginning on 4/2/2009. To donate to the fund send a check payable to ILLIANA RADIO CLUB INC., PO BOX 5163, Terre Haute, IN 47805. Indicate on the memo line that the money is for the book fund.
