W9IRC will be offering a Technician class beginning on Thursday, April 2, 2009, 7:00 PM for lecture, 6:00 PM for Morse Code instruction.  The class will be held at The Ryves Youth Center at Etling Hall, 1356 Locust Street, Terre Haute, IN.  A view of the main entrance on 14th St appears below.  The class will last for 13 weeks with the last session on Thursday, June 25, 2009 being an exam session.  There is no fee for the class.  The book used will be the ARRL Ham Radio License Manual.  It will be possible to order a copy of the book at the first class session.  For more information contact Jim Osburn, WD9EYB, (812) 238-0584, wd9eyb@arrl.net
